Our Team
The Reintegra Int’l team is based in both Mexico and the US, working collaboratively to provide support and encouragement to those that have been impacted by human trafficking. Our staff plays a crucial role in aiding the transition from recovery to reintegration. Together, we provide a path forward for those impacted by human trafficking to thrive.
Executive Director
Jessica Rosaslanda serves as our Latin American Director working with our partners in Mexico City, Tijuana, and Costa Rica. As a psychologist, she also provides direct support and care for the women both currently in our program as well as those still a part of the Reintegra family who reside in Mexico City.
Communication Director
Rachel Kay serves as Reintegra’s Communication Director. She started working in the counter human trafficking space in 2010. Rachel is a full-time PR Director and Social Media Manager for a company in Houston, TX. She gives part-time hours to advocating for survivors and coordinating our media relations. Rachel is also a member of the board of Reintegra.
Programs & Projects director
Denise GarcÃa Castañeda, currently residing in Germany, works as a Project Manager for Volkswagen. With a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, she leverages her project management expertise to empower women in the Reintegra community. Denise facilitates life-skills training, helping to guide and support their path toward independence and a brighter future.
Psychology Director
Ixchel Trejo is a criminologist and psychologist with in-depth knowledge of the penitentiary system, where she provides direct support to inmates. At Reintegra, she leads psychoeducational workshops and offers personalized support to women in the program.
