Hola! My name is Karina. I am a mother of three - this is my biggest accomplishment so far in life.

I have certainly faced some difficulties in life. My story is fraught with violence, poverty, consumption of psychoactive substances, and involvement in the sex trade as a survival strategy. The Rahab Foundation has helped me to recover from the physical and emotional violence that I faced. I can confidently say that I have completely recovered from my drug addiction. In addition, I was able to obtain custody of my three beautiful children.

I have big educational aspirations. I was able to finish high school and started my own business by selling empanadas door to door. At the Rahab Foundation, I was able to finish many life-skills and educational classes. This process has encouraged me to dream bigger - I want to obtain a university education. I want to thank the Reintegra program for supplying the educational grant to cover my university expenses.
