Stamina for Survivors 2021
Estelle Richardson - Lake Sonoma 50 Mile
Stamina for Survivors combines two of my passions - endurance sports and fighting human trafficking. I'm excited to challenge myself this year with my first 50-mile race, which will be the longest distance I’ve done competitively! This is the Lake Sonoma 50, hosted in beautiful Healdsburg, California. Sonoma is a competitive race with some of the west’s top trail runners converging on a fast, runnable course in September. My goal is to break 9 hours and not to “blow up” the second half which historically happens to many runners in this race tempted by how quick the first half can feel.
I invite you to join me in supporting the incredible women of Reintegra by donating to the Stamina Campaign. Your support directly benefits women who have been rescued from trafficking, enabling them to pursue higher education and holistic care. Thank you for considering supporting this amazing organization.
For those in the Bay Area, I’d love to see you at the event in person! If you’re interested please reach out directly so we can coordinate.
